On Today’s tasty tips and techniques is how to properly prepare a pepper (or How to cut a Bell Pepper…It just sounded better using alliteration). Its really quite simple as shown in the video above. Of course this technique works with Yellow, Red, & Orange Bell Peppers too. This technique is perfect for recipes that call for peppers in strips like stir fry or fajitas.
